Trying to change my username and password

There are a lot of us with problems with this.

I am really not good at remembering passwords lately.

I still don't know whether you type in your password or if your tablet remembers it and adds it in automatically?

You can delete cookies on the tablet somehow - that will have a record of your new username and login password. Without it on the tablet you could start again on there as Nelliemoser.

I don't think GN can alter things about your login. It is supposed to be confidential.

If you were to delete one account completely, would the other one work then?

I am the bearer of two GN logins which is really not right.
I have still have my original "Nelliemoser" which I have had since 2012

I also have my tablet Android login "gettingitrightoneday" That is really complicated.

Why why cannot GN get the same login for both sites. I am having enough trouble with the ones I have.

When I got my original tablet in 2013 it worked on both sites.
As others, this is becoming a nuisance.

Is there somewhere on your tablet where you can view your logins/usernames/passwords ? You might find that you have the wrong ones listed, and the tablet is trying to use them.

On my PC, the list is under "tools", then "options", then "privacy & security" then under "saved logins" I can see what is saved and delete anything that is no longer relevant.

Elegran I think I have a suspicion there are ghosts of past logins that no one has cleared away so to speak.
Or cookies what ever they are .

I had an issue with our surgery when I could not get back into the surgery login because previous attempts that had got lost in the system.
What are probably the "cookies."

I ended telling up telling the surgery to clear away all about previous logins and start as new which worked.

Nellie Have your tablet and desktop memorised your usernames and passwords or do you type them in each time? If they saved and remembered them, perhaps one has your Nelliemoser ones and the other your other ones, and the laptop is trying to use the wrong pasword with that username? Could you look on your list of saved passwords to see what has been saved there?

I am really fed up with the way GN does not works on my android Tablet. My Nelliemoser login works on here but it does not work on my tablet.

I surely they should work in the same way. I seem to have to be using one login for my Android and for The desktop.
If you look at my recent Emails and GN messages. you will see what I mean.
My tablet is now needing charging so I cannot use it for a while.
Please can you look at our previous messages about this.
There was one message that as my Nelliemoser was working now (not really ).
Someone at GNCQ suggested I could again use the Nelliemoser on my tablet, which sounded good but as soon as I tried it it let me in but blocked me again.

I tried to change mine the other night to no avail. Really frustrating!

You can deregister and then reregister with a different username, I think.

Email Gransnet at [email protected] and ask them what to do.
