Wimbledon ground pass

Anyone know how easy it is to get a ground pass at Wimbledon this week?
I know they are issued at the gate on the day, but do I really have to get there at silly o'clock in the morning? It would be okay if I had someone to go and wait for hours with, but I don't!
Tried on Saturday afternoon to get a pass for Sunday, but after being in the 'queue' for ages, they had all gone ☹️

* I should have said it was online I tried to book, not at Wimbledon!

There are tickets available on Ticketmaster the day before. I don't know about the queue but many people camp overnight and you are not guaranteed to get in. There are less matches being played now, so I guess less tickets available.

Thanks Pittcity, there are (and I have had no luck with that either), tickets on Ticketmaster for Centre Court and Court number 1. But not ground pass tickets which are heaps cheaper, and as far as I can make out, these are only available on the day - apart from last weekend when they had to play on Sunday because of the backlog. All tickets were only available online from 3pm on Saturday.
Ah well, maybe next year. Not too many days left now! Would just like to soak up some of the atmosphere of being there ?
