I'm a complete techno phobe and get very frustrated when things don't work. Got back from a few days away to find that catchup tv wasn't working. Turned it on and off [several times]; checked all connections etc etc. Kept thinking that, having turned it off at night it would be working the next day but, no;dead as a dodo. Eventually phoned the helpline and they talked me through various things for what seemed like hours ['have you turned it off and on?' grrrrr]. It did, eventually connect [I'm sure the engineer did something at the other end]. Problem is, by this stage I was wanting to murder someone and/or throw a brick through the television screen. Wanted to scream at the S.O. 'if you were a REAL man you would be able to fix it'. My techno rage was frightening. Had to take myself off to the gym to attack the weights there to calm myself down. Is it just me? I think it's the annoyance that I don't know if something is actually wrong or that it's just something I haven't or have done. And the frustration at realising how much I depend on catchup tv.
What gives you a warm feeling? 🥰
