smile We often hear of poor service from companies like EE, but these are often historical. I am finding most companies far better at customer service that just a year ago.

Mystery solved , thanks Gandtea . I calmed down, found the EE number , quickly found out that the payment taken was for another phone ( my daughter had used my bank card when I was on holiday and had forgotten to tell me ! ) Everything correct ! Panic over . No extra charges for me !

Just ring them, an elderly friend (yes even older than me) had a billing problem with them where she was being charged for a service that her late husband had agreed to, but she never used. EE were very helpful and after speaking to her to verify security, refunded the extra payments even though they had been authorised. She got back £64.

Bank statement yesterday shows that EE have charged me an extra payment when I was in Portugal ( I think) Their site is temporarily down just now, when I logged on to query it . £51 for 2 texts home ??
