Nor do I want your annoying colourful pop up advert flashing when I come onto this site. I’m not going to CLICK HERE either. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of said pop up
I’m feeling incredibly grumpy ? today

Hear, hear I am making a point of moving my screen so that I can’t see either of them
The flashing lights make me think I am getting a migraine?

Me too, apparently I am the millionth visitor, at 9.04 am but
A. I havnt visited and
B I don’t want and can’t get rid if the annoying flashing.

It says it’s not a joke and about that they are right. Its plain irritating.

I'm glad that I am not the only millionth winner!, but the flashing lights and characters are so annoying, and invasive. What if you are prone to something like epilepsy, and this could start an episode?

I'm on a laptop, no flashing lights. Is it one of those things which only seem to appear on the small devices?

There are two 'gifts' I have which many others don't, one is that I just don't notice the advertisements on my screen and the other is that I become a non-driver when I sit in the passenger seat of a car. I feel so sorry for the many who don't have these wonderful gifts.

Im afraid any site has popups, perhaps Apple morethena most.

I use an Apple perhaps am immune?

Tim Cook is a merchandiser par excellence, his salary must encompass that!

I have put an ad-blocker on but will confess that I am a terrible 'passenger seat driver'.

I get flashing ads sometimes but not normally for Apple products in my iPad. These flashing things can induce epileptic fits as well as migraine - I think they should be banned.

Most pop up ads don’t bother me, but that one flashing away in the corner definitely does.

Yes, I was going to ask exactly the same, how to get rid of the pesky thing! I’m not going to click here, as it asks. They can’t count, either, can they? I’ve been their millionth visitor every day for the last three days now.
It’s a really annoying pop up with that constant flashing. I think we all know it’s a massive con. So, I wonder how we can get rid of it without blocking all ads.

Never get Apple ads, maybe cos I use a BlackBerry?

grannyticktock Wed 14-Mar-18 18:00:19

Well well, how extraordinary! I am also the millionth visitor, several times over! Do you think their visit-counter has got stuck?

Mapleleaf Wed 21-Mar-18 18:53:16

It seems to have stopped now. Has it stopped fir anyone else? Hope it's not a temporary respite! ?
