Thanks everyone, yes my email is correct as I have been with Gransnet for some years. I have checked every box and put the Gransnet contact in my contacts list. I phoned my son, who is very good with computer stuff ,all he suggested is something is blocking it, very helpful, as that is obvious. Always in a hurry no time for my little problems...I just hate not knowing the answer. I will keep pursuing the problem...
