I had one before I got an iPhone but my husband has had his for some years. It is very simple but I would advise you to get one with a proper keypad as mine was depending on hitting keys so many times to get a letter. Doro do one with a proper keypad.

My mother-in-law has one of these. She is happy with it as her first smart phone (she is in her 90s). It has a super-simple interface and she seems to be able to negotiate it.

There are two versions in the UK - only one is a smartphone.

My husband has a Doro - he finds it fine for what he needs - making and taking calls and messages. One plus is that his battery seems to last ages whereas my smart phone needs recharging daily. Fine if all you need is a basic phone.

I have one, it’s very easy to use for incoming calls and making calls. That’s all I use it for.
However I find it almost useless for texting. It takes me an age to send a message. (but perhaps I haven’t mastered the instructions)
It’s very basic but that’s all I want it for.

Can you post on here a review of a Doro mobile phone as I’m considering getting one. I’m not a techie expert needing all the latest apps, my old phone is on its last legs and needs replacing. If you have a Doro please let me know what you think of it. Thanks!
