bt yahoo email account

great ideas everyone thank you,i will try them all.There is no option to send to a mobile,i know i am useless with internet but hopefully i can get back into my email account.Many thanks

Another solution is to to set up a gmail or Yahoo account which is very easy to do. Then go to your BT account and where it asks you to give your email address, give the new one, you should then get sent a link for your old account to enable you to reset your password. I would then advise you to make copies of your email contacts for future reference. You can then decide which of the two accounts you want to keep or run them in tandem. HTH

This is a photo of the BT email I received in May. It has a link (obs not usable via a photo) but if you google that link it should be easy enough to do. You will be able to migrate all your mail boxes from Yahoo to BT Mail and will not lose anything. Good luck.

I suggest that you phone BT and ask for help with the migration of yahoo email to BT email. I did that and a nice BT lady talked me through the new set up. Good luck.

I'm assuming you remember your password to your a/c.
Ask a friend or neighbour if you could use their device to log into your a/c.

Yes tried to log in lots of ways,but everytime it wants me to put a code in which it sends to the email account i cant get into.Really lost at what to do and whether to just give up.

Is there an option to have the code sent to your mobile phone instead? I have had a similar problem recently so I understand your frustration. Hope you get it sorted out!

Have you tried logging in from my.yahoo.com

BT yahoo mail recently changed you should of been notified by email. I now log in to BTmail I think there was a link on the email explaining how why and where to get to the new account. Sorry I can’t be much more help.
