I am wanting a tablet or iPad to watch sky go films, listen to music on Spotify, store my photos on and keep a diary on.
There are so many I don't know which to choose. Are Apples easier to use, money is not an issue. I would like to hear your stories to make my choice easier. Thank you.

iPad every time. No question. I'm on my third, OH is on his second. Besides being a very good product there's excellent support.

I'd go for the largest iPad pro- but wait for Black Friday (or Cyber Monday) discount deals.

I second an iPad I use mine for all my online needs.

I have an HP ENVY, has a full keyboard which folds right back if you just want to use the touchscreen. I like Microsoft software, so very happy with mine.

I have an iPad mini and an Amazon Fire. The fire is very good and inexpensive but the iPad is my preference.
I chose the iPad mini as it fits in my handbags and is extremely comfortable to use. I’m now on my third which doesn’t say much for it’s longevity and I have to say the battery life on my latest is very poor compared to previous ones.

Definitely iPad here.

Love iPads. Make sure you get enough gbts and you are set up. Encouraged a friend to buy one when she kept complaining about her lap top. She is now in love with it.

Ipad I love mine I persuaded my 84 year old friend to get one and she is in love with it now
I have an iPad Air and it cost just over £300 expensive maybe but I have had much more than £300 entertainment and if you think it’s only double the tv licence fee and how much more do I get from it that all those dreary dreary programmes

I would only get an iPad if all your other devices are Apple as well. I am not sure otherwise how compatible they would be. I don't know anyone who uses Apple (iphone, ipad or Apple mac), so I can't really say how they actually compare.

iPad always. I use iMac, windows desktop and windows laptop. Have recently retired as a software developer so am used to working with different platforms. The iPad is my favourite for ease of use and great features.

I love my iPad but it is showing its age rather like its owner! We were given an hp laptop for Christmas but I've been putting off using it during lockdown and have just started to use it more often. The keyboard takes some getting used to as its all on a slant.

I am giving huge hints for my Christmas present and have passed on the idea of Black Friday and I think it's being investigated as I type.

I have had an IPad Air 2, an IPad Pro and now a IPad 2020 8th generation, and I love them all. I bought the 2020 model for the same reason I swapped from my IPhone - Initially I loved playing with all the new functions, but eventually the novelty wore off and I settled down to a more limited number.

I bought the Air when it first was launched, and thought it may be coming near it’s end of life after about 4 years, so I bought the Pro. Regrettably the Pro gave up after 20 months so I bought the 2020 . I would strongly recommend them but I am probably am a bit of an addict!!!
