Help! When I bring up a new page, eg. Sainsbury's, the page has shifted to the right on my PC so I can't view anything on that side to click on.

Can someone clever with tech tell me how to get the page central again?

Thank you.

Can you not just grab hold of the menu bar at the top and pull it back into position?

I've tried that. It will only move a fraction, and no more.

Try this:

Move your cursor (mouse/keyboard pointer arrow) to the very top of the screen. In that grey bar area, hold down a left mouse/keyboard button and drag your finger to the left on the area below (or above).

When you can see the right of the screen, click on the middle top square/s symbol.

Good luck

My remedy for anything is to switch it right off, go away and have a brew and switch it on again. Usually works (perhaps Rishi could try that with the economy? ) On second thoughts, perhaps that is what he is doing!

Your advice has worked!!! But it hasn't held because I can't find the "middle top square/s symbol" you mention. What does that look like?
Thanks.

I was going to suggest same as MawBe.

Sparklefizz, the symbol (top right, second in, two overlapping squares) shows that your view is maximised (full size).

If it appears as a single, complete square, your view doesn't fill the screen - so click on it to maximise.

(I've tried to include an image, rejected, will try again)

it's next to the red X in the top right-hand corner.

Hetty, is this what you are trying to show?

Sorry it's so small, I couldn't enlarge it for some strange reason.
