As the approach the season for snowdrifts and icy roads, the gritter-operaters Amey are asking the public to submit names for the gritting vehicles which will be keeping the roads clear.
The newly names vehicles will join old favourites such as 'Gritty Gritty Bang Bang', ‘Gritney Spears’, and ‘Sir David Attenbrrrrrr’
