As an addict of the first two series , I was delighted to watch tonight's return of the final series of The Killing. It never disappoints, though it took a bit of concentration to follow the Danish politics.
Sarah Lund is great and even a new jumper this time. Saturday nights are so busy with Strictly and The Killing, not to mention Homeland on Sundays.
How can we ever go out for the next few weeks!!grin

I agree [MaggieP]. I really became hooked on Series 1 and 2.

At the beginning of last night's episode, I thought that Ms Lund was going through a life change as an addict reformed.....new jumper, buying plants, not eating out of saucepans and seemingly disinterested in her new colleague's enthusiasm for a "chopped-up" body!! But fear no more......she is hooked again and so are we!

Hope also the makers of the Swedish/Danish series "The Bridge" come back soon...as I just loved the woman detective (Saga Noren)....think it is due back late 2013....

I thought The Bridge was better than The Killing [which didn't seem possible] so I'm gald to hear it's coming back. Saw the last episode last night. Wow. Only annoyance is that my computer won't let me get onto the Guardian blog so I haven't been able to read al the various opinions. But there is a 'Killing handbook' on sale which I'm looking into as stocking fillers for people [very Christmassy, that!]
