Until recently I have always enjoyed Lewis and Morse before that.

On watching the episode from last week about some strange religious group I thought how unreal it all seemed. The names of the characters were like from some Greek tragedy.

Each episode appears to be so far from reality IMO.

Do you enjoy this series or do you think it preposterous rubbish, played by good actors, or do you have other thoughts ?

It's the last ever episode next week, NanKate, so you won't have to put up with it for long! grin

Must admit I stopped watching it a while ago.

I enjoyed last night's episode because it was "normal". I agree with you NanKate the previous 4 episodes have been weirder than weird.

I have enjoyed the previous series - I do not know who has done the writing of the last strange episodes but maybe it is as well that it is finishing next week.

Shall miss it for the location shots of Oxford and for the delightful Clare Holman. I hope she pops up again soon.

It is slipping away from anything resembling real life; a bit like Midsomer Murders. But I have not watched this week's yet - I have recorded it - and I am glad to hear that it has more normality in it. I will look forward to watching it.
