Are there any other slightly sad grans out there who have watched James May doing his re-assembly programmes. They are brilliant, gentle, slow and addictive. I now know what is inside my Kenwood, and watching him with a toy train engine, and getting it to "chuff", was magic. I want one of his grabbing screwdrivers.

One of the best programmes on tv i think, both my DH have really enjoyed it. I used to watch "how its made" on a sky channel but the music they played all the way through drove me mad.

Really enjoying this series too!

Really enjoying it. When you describe it to someone it sounds terribly boring but its fascinating and we love it.

Another saddo here! I particularly enjoyed the Suffolk Punch lawn mower in the previous series, but I have no idea why! I want a screw-holding screwdriver like he bought specially for the train set, hard to find apparently.

If you go to Amazon there are screw holding screwdrivers listed there. I wish I'd know before Christmas, would have made a useful gift!
