I was riveted by this. How they all stayed so calm when most of us would have been running about like headless chickens! And what nice boys the French pair were. The way the whole process just kicked in was wonderful.

The organization, and the way everything was orchestrated, was amazing. What a harrowing day that was for the hospital staff.

I caught up with the program this afternoon. Very powerful and moving and I felt so proud of our NHS.

As much as I like these forums, I always send my thoughts to the BBC One programme Points of View so that they know what I think about Hospital! I suggest you do too; you might even appear on television!

Here is the website for it:

I saw it too and thought what fantastic organisation there was. It seemed jumbled initially - so many people involved - until I realised that everyone knew their job and their place and got on with what they had to do. It was amazing and the staff were wonderful. It's amazing how much they can piece back together eg that boy's awful leg wound.
