Went to our local theatre to see Ruby Wax in the above title. It was her insight in mental health issues, mainly based on herself . Very smart woman and having to deal with her bi polar....the second half a neuro scientist and a Buddhist monk came on with her talking about their experiences, views etc. At the end the audience could ask questions....was good to hear people opening up about their issues.,..it was a full house too..
I thoroughly enjoyd it....
