But it seems I am the only one who is daft enough to say I will work to cover a shift at a weekend! Had plans for tomorrow but seems they will have to wait.....can retire at 55 and after the way the NHS has been treating us all of late I am off.....had I known 37 years ago' and 35 years ago as I qualified it was going to be like this, I could have stayed as a filing clerk and been an office manager by now! But then I wouldn't be retiring at 55...... Looks like I want my cake and eat it.
Night all sweet dreams....

The problem is that we never know what's likely to happen when we get closer to retirement. I became a teacher, but got out well before retirement, but not before we had been told that we were the worst teachers ever by a Tory administration.
