Ive just watched Mary Portas and have been so inspired. I work with a Direct Selling Company called Tropic Skincare. We sell skincare and makeup for commission.
I regularly talk at ladies groups, giving advice on skincare and makeup, so the majority of people I sell to are 60+. They have time, a love of skincare and makeup, but do not want to ask a twenty year old, wearing too much makeup on the Boots counter what they should be using.
Stupidly I have never put the two together, so from now on I shall be asking my ladies and clients, who would like to work in my team.
Selling is about talking, communicating and enjoying what you sell. My clients who buy my products fit the bill. Watch this space my team is set to explode.
