Ingredients

Leftover spaghetti
Eggs
Frozen peas
Other finely chopped left over veg
Plastic food bag
Oil to fry

Method

1. Store the leftover spaghetti in the plastic bag. Chuck in veg.
2. Obtain one clumsy child. Crack eggs straight in the bag and seal top with clip. Let child squidge bag while you warm oil in pan.
4. Then plop content of bag into pan. Leave for five mins or so on one side, then use dinner plate to flip onto do other side, so you end up with a fritatta.

Great for GCs. I have also used it with cooked potatoes instead of pasta, and added cheese.
