Ingredients1 chicken (jointed)1 small (5oz) tub of full fat yoghurt ½ - 1 tsp ginger paste ½ - 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp tomato purée (optional, to taste) ½ tsp curry powder, tandoori powder or other similar spice mix (optional) pinch of chilli powder and/or black pepper (to taste) salt (to taste) lemon (to taste) 2 tsp oil (or can omit for really low fat option) |
