Ingredients3 chicken breasts cut in small cubes1 pack of chicken fajita seasoning 1 can of squashed plum tomatoes 1 onion chopped finely 1 clove of garlic 1 pepper chopped finely 8 tortillas (corn) 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese |
Handy HintBuy only tortillas made with corn - mexican food should generally be consumed immediately - but can prepare two hours in advance. Instead of using chicken you can use vegetables |

Method1. Fry or boil chicken2. Fry onion, garlic and pepper til golden then add pack of chicken fajitas seasoning, the can of tomatoes, and the cooked chicken 3. Fill tortillas to make 'wraps' then place in an oven dish 4. Cover with the rest of the sauce 5. Top with the cheese 6.
