Ingredients300g easy-cook long grain rice1 tbsp vegetable oil 450g British pork thin-cut loin steaks (diced) 300g pack vegetable stir-fry 500g jar sweet and sour sauce 227g can pineapple slices in fruit juice (drained and cut into chunks) |

Method1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 10 mins or according to pack instructions, until tender.2. At the same time heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir-fry vegetables and pork cooking for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the sweet-and -sour sauce. 3. Add the pineapple chunks to the pan and heat for 2 mins until the sauce is bubbling. Drain the rice and serve with the sweet and sour pork. |
