IngredientsLarge tin lean corned beef2 or 3 large baking potatoes 2 large onions Olive oil for frying 1 dsp Worcester sauce Ground black pepper |
Handy HintAllow the baked potato to cool a bit before turning out of skin so it is easier to handle |

Method1. Cook baking potatoes in the oven or microwave oven until soft2. Chop onions and fry until lightly browned and soft 3. Put corned beef in with cooked onions in frying pan and soften on heat with the onions. Add Worcester sauce and pepper to mix 4. Remove potato from skins and mash 5. Put potato mash and corned beef mix into an oven proof dish with lid, and mix together 6. lace in oven at 180C for about 20 mins. Remove lid and cook for a further 10 mins until nicely brown and crispy on top |
