Method1. Brush tops of vol au vent cases with beaten egg or milk, and place on greased baking tray in pre-heated oven, 200 to 225 C. Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Let them cool.2. Place sauce mix in pan and add a little milk, stir until smooth, add remaining milk and place on hob. Keep stirring until mix thickens. Heat gently otherwise may burn. 3. When mix has cooled add prawns and spoon into vol au vent cases. |
