Ingredients4 boneless chicken breasts1 onion (diced) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove 100g mushrooms (sliced) chilli (to taste) glug of whiskey double cream seasoning |
Handy HintThe chicken breasts can be cut up smaller for a speedier meal and to make it go further. |

Method1. Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken breasts for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.2. Add the onions, garlic and chilli and mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes. 3. Add a good glug of whiskey and turn up the heat. Set the contents of the pan alight and when the flames have died down add enough cream to create a nice saucy consistency. Season to taste. Serve with rice. Enjoy! |
