Very large pasta shells
Feta cheese
Frozen spinach
Cheese sauce
Ragout sauce
Basil
Salt and Pepper

Method

1. Defrost spinach.
2. Crumble feta cheese.
3. Make a small amount of Béchamel sauce.
4. Part cook pasta shells in boiling water, drain and leave to cool.
5. Put crumbled feta cheese and spinach in a bowl. Season.
6. Add Béchamel sauce and stir. Spoon cheese mixture into shells and lay in am ovenproof bowl. 7. Pour over ragout sauce and place in oven at 180 for 30 mins

Variations can be made by using other vegetables cut into small pieces and added to Béchamel sauce. Very good with Butternut squash
