I have been out sledging in the snow

with my neighbour and had a great time! Came home, had hot chocolate and shortbread, it was so much fun.

Haven't done that since 1986, Frida - it sounds wonderful! I have a feeling that my sledging days might be over, but I can dream!

Please be careful and don't break anything! I am only too aware how a mometn's slip can change your life for a very long time! We break more easily at our age!

How lovely! Don't think I'd be brave enough to try now - as Mishap says, we can break easily. But I do remember what fun it was...

anno may last jaunt sledging was in early 1987 in London before we moved North. We didn't do well for snow up here for years after that.

Given the result of my DEXA scan last year I cannot see me repeating the experience.

It was brilliant fun though really exhilarating.

frida smile Good for you! I think my last sledging was in Switzerland in 1999. DD and pals have done a bit here though down our hill garden.
