Grab your #everydayageism badge

The success of the #everydayageism campaign hinges on your support and sharing power. Get your badge here and help us raise the profile of #everydayageism by sharing it on your blog, website, social media...heck, get it printed on a t-shirt if you can. 

Step 1: Copy and paste the badge's html code.

Step 2: Embed the badge code 

Please note that every blogging platform is different. We've included instructions for the five most popular platforms in our network. If you use another blogging site, it's best that you follow the instructions on embedding there. If you're not sure where to look or run into problems when trying to follow them, please contact your blogging site's help team for more info - they're sure to know more than us!

Blogspot
Go to blog home page (signed in)
Click Design
Click Add a Gadget where you want it to go
In the pop-up window, scroll down to "HTML/Javascript" and click the Plus sign
Paste in the code from MN's site. Title is optional. Click Save
Click Save on the main edit page
Click View Blog

WordPress
Go to blog dashboard, e.g.: http://yourblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Click on Appearance on the left
Click on Widgets
Drag the Text widget to one of the sidebars on the right
Type a title
Copy and paste the badge code into the input area

Tumblr
Click Customize on your blog dashboard
Click the Theme tab
Click Use custom HTML
Scroll down to the line that says <div id="search">
Above that line copy and paste the badge code
Add <br /><br /> after the badge code
Click Update preview
Click Save + Close

Posterous
Go to Manage my account: http://posterous.com/manage
Click on your site on the left
Click Theme my site
A new window will appear
Click Advanced
Click Enable advanced theming
It will ask you for a name for your new theme. You can just accept the default or type a name of your choosing.
Click OK
Click Expand on the right
Find the line that says {block:Contributors}
Above that line paste the badge code
Add <br /><br /> after the badge code
Click Save, I'm done

LiveJournal
Select Journal and then Journal Style from the menu
Click Customize Selected Theme at the bottom right
Click Sidebars
Paste the badge code into the input area marked "Content of custom block"
Click Save Changes 

Step 3: Share the badge on social media 

To save the badge to your computer so you can upload the badge as an image on your website or share it on social media as and when you please, simply click on the image above to open it in a new window, then simply right-click to save to your computer and hey presto, you now have the badge at your disposal for sharing galore.
