Ever wondered how some people manage to eat healthily, stay slim, and still enjoy the finer things in life (like champagne)? Well, we might just have the answer. We had a nosey in nutritionist and founder of Alternative Ageing, Suzi Grant's, fridge, and here's what keeps her going on a normal day.


 

Quick tips:

  • Carry goji berries for a healthy snack on the go
  • Nuts, especially almonds, are a great calcium-rich snack for those who can't, or don't, eat dairy products
  • Salmon is a great source of Omega-3
