Mine are flea bitten with the worst nails in the world moomin but it doesn't stop me from looking at them.

No gillybob can't look at fingers for too long, knobbly and arthritic looking with old-lady skin (now doesn't that conjure up a nice image!)

Yep gillybob I hate looking at my fizzog in the mirror and try to avert my gaze onto the other unfortunates sitting in front of their mirrors (who are probably looking at my mirror . . . . if you get me . . . )

Gilly there's this amazing gadget which helps to reinforce your good intentions. Look at the side of your computer/laptop and you will see a sort of wire thingy coming out of it. Trace this to its other end where it will have a triangulart thingy stuck into a plate with 3 holes in it in the wall. Carefully move the switch so that it is up and remove the triangular thingy and will find that your computer/laptop screen is blank (if a laptop, it may take another 30-45 minutes) but once it is you will be able to resist the siren call which is Gransnet. QED.
Alternatively do you remember a kids' TV programme which used to be called "Why Don't You?" (switch off your TV and go and do something more interesting instead.) You could try that with your pooter?

I hate the hairdressers moomin all that looking in the mirror it's enough to give me nightmares. My hairdresser thinks I am a looney ( she's right I am ) cos I can't bare to face front and she has to keep straightening my head to get the cut straight.

I totally haven't Movedalot I just feel in that strange kind of silly mood today. I think I woke up this morning thinking today I am not going to take anything very seriously and guess what?

It worked and I haven't.

Will be having a glass in about an hour though. Never drink before 7 that's my motto ( unless its a special occasion, a holiday, a weekend or I am feeling particularly silly) come to think of it .....

Happily on the as OH cooking this evening and trip to hairdressers wasn't too hair-raising
