I agree , junk food is food, we should eat it but not every day.Common sense is not so common, but applied to food, would be a very good thing.
There is endless promotion here in the UK about healthy eating, so it's not lack of it if Mothers feed unhealthy foodstuffs to their children all the time, probably more laziness than anything else.All things in moderation, including chocs and crisps is fine.There is so much labelling on food nowadays that we can't complain of ignorance as to what is in it.My DC had a sandwich in their lunchbox along with a piece of fruit, a small choc biscuit like a penguin bar, and now and again some crisps. they all have perfect teeth and are slim.
