Kids are Baby Goats

A rose by any other name... We always referred to our two as 'the kids'. I don't have a problem with the word at all. Now the grandchildren are sometimes called 'the kids', or 'the children'.

Our children were always referred to as the kids and still are.

I don't like grandkids though. Always grandchildren to us.

We have 4 grandkids.... using 'kids' doesn't bother me.
