If he served his original sentence presumably he is out again. Most only serve only half their sentence anyway, and on licence fir the rest of the time. No doubt he can be recalled to court and re-sentenced.
Shocking that anyone, especially a police officer, should behave In Such a way.

I read that too. They didn't mention previous convictions. Had he got away with it until now?

Just seen on news that the ex cop who waited outside my daughters school and traumatised her is still active. He cornered an 8 year old In a popular park near where her parents were sitting. Can't understand how he is still at large 30 years later!
