Yes and it's still one of my favourites! Easy to get here in the west of Scotland.

You can also get raspberry ones. I'm drooling now, Aggie!

Maybe a pineapple upside down cake? I've heard of those.

You put pineapple and cherries on the bottom of the cake pan and then pour in the batter. Bake as usual. To serve it, invert the cake pan and put the cake on a plate, so the fruit is on top. Hence the name.

I am feeling nostalgic. Help needed.

I was thinking about some lovely pastry in a cake with a pineapple top and or possibly jam. We had those when I was home.

I remember getting them at home when I was young they were lovely have no idea when I last had one.
Has anyone seen them in recent years.
