The Cook shop do some very good vegetarian meals which can be ordered online and delivered. You don’t have to cook every day simply because they are strict vegetarians.

Maybe try leaving a supply of frozen mircowave meals from one of the large specialist firms who provide meals for the elderly and disabled customers.

Try Wiltshire farm foods, or Oaktree, even Iceland do a decent range of vegetarian meals. If you suddenly need to self isolate yourself, at least they would have food they could manage with if you could no longer cook for them.

Its very much a case of 'Needs Must' , if they were hungry enough, they would eat it!

Go there, wash your hands before preparing food, after cooking it, etc. The same as you might at any other time. Don't go if you've got a temperature/cough/any other symptoms. What do you think all care workers are doing?

My parents are in there late 80's and need someone to cook for them on a daily basis, as they are srtict vegetarians, I visit them twice a week to do this- what should I do with the cover-19 situation.
