New sim card

Hi,

I’m on Virgin pay as you go and wondered if anyone has been sent a new sim, Just checking this isn’t a scam.

I can’t get through to Virgin.

So much going on at the moment and my phone has been great and really aren’t very techno and I’m worried I’ll loose kept texts etc.

I’m trying to find how to save to S d card. I’m ok on iPad but not phones.

So worried it cocks it up

Apparently Virgin are no longer offering Pay as you go, so this new SIM will be for a pay monthly contract. There should be a letter explaining this with the SIM.

If you have an ipad take a photo of the texts you want to keep.
