Unable to get Peter Kay tickets

I have O2 Priority, but I have never used it because the concerts are either too far away or something I am not interested in. When Peter Kay announced the special charity event in Manchester I was very excited and I was poised this morning at 9:00am to get tickets. I didn’t realise that they were only available through Ticketmaster and I don’t have an account with them. I tried to register, but when I tried to confirm my email address it would not let me put it in with all lowercase letters! It kept putting a capital letter at the beginning and would not let me change it. I tried on my phone and my tablet. I tried calling them, but the number is out of service and there’s no email address for them. It was not only me, my friend couldn’t get through either. Am I being unreasonable to expect websites to work!

No of course you arnt.
It sounds as if Ticketmaster are expecting high traffic to me. So they have out in place some way to slow it down. But I'm probably being too sceptical.
I'd live to see OK too!

Email addresses are not case-sensitive, so it doesn't matter.

Keep trying! A couple of years ago, I sat at the computer at 9 am desperate to get Michael Buble tickets. It was hopeless. Just as I was about to give up, a sign flashed up 'another date added'. I got the most amazing seats. We could have touched Michael. (I restrained myself).
