TOFS always give me a scratch card when I buy anything from there. I once won a pack of tea towels and another time £5 off your next purchase. They also have a bin by the door for you to drop your no-win cards in once you’ve scratched them.

I think Ali08 summed it up, they dangle the carrot, you send your email address and then your prize is a truck load of junk mail.....

Has anyone ever won anything when you get a free spin of the wheel of fortune when you submit a gas or electric reading on Octopus? I haven't!

Anything to get you to sign up to their websites so they can send you loads of junk email, or just tease you that that big prize 'could' be just around the corner!

So long as they don’t ask you for bank details/payment to process etc then no harm in filling it in. Remember there are millions of people who will enter. I’ve never been lucky but my brother did once win a car! Fabulous car too. Not from same thing but something similar that didn’t require any payment upfront! So I keep entering ANYTHING I don’t part with my bank details. ?. Not had same luck bahaha ?

I've won £70 on the lottery and £5 a few times. Also years ago £250 on a local lottery for a football club and a £50 argos voucher. Nothing life changing sadly

I have won £10 on lottery !!!! So i gave up doing it haaa. I think i imagined i would do the lottery and win THOUSANDS on my few attempts !!! Haaa. Stupid, foolish me.

The only thing I've ever won is rubbish raffle prizes!

No, I've never net anyone who has won such delights although a group at work won a few thousands on the lottery (not my team, unfortunately)
