To expect a timely reply to a query?

6 days ago I messaged Gransnet, via the
'Contact us' tab, and not yet received a reply. (It was not a complicated ask).
AIBU to have expected to receive a reply by now? Does anyone have any experience of this and if so how long does it usually take to receive a reply ?

I’ve had problems with it in the past, so I’d recommend emailing [email protected] instead
