The heat has let off a bit here but I have Covid and slept most of the day so my sleeping patterns are disrupted.

I actually think it’s hotter indoors than outside! We have the fan going but it doesn’t seen to be making much difference sadly.

I’m awake too - far too hot ?. We need a flipping big thunderstorm to clear the air.

I was asleep, but have just woken up. It’s not the heat affecting me so much, but shoulder arthritis/frozen shoulder pain.
