What’s wrong with this mob? They send a security code to get into it because I was using a different device ( I have had an account for many years) and then say it is the wrong number. I checked and double checked and it was definitely the right code number that they had sent me on my email. Incompetent people. Grrr.

Sounds like a scam. I sign in on lots of devices without any faff.

You could be right at that. I didn’t get into it and went back to my tablet where it goes in straight away in the end.

Just tell FB and they will investigate once the scammers are into your account they can steal photos and cause havoc to all on your friend list

I was scammed after using my iPad at an airport in Greece. Arrived home to find my fb account taken over, email etc compromised. It was v stressful.
I contacted FB endlessly but had no response. I lost my account and set up another in a slightly different name
