I have read various social media post talking about lack of presents , bad stays at families etc . I think sometimes we have to realise that we need friends and maybe even family . One day went badly but we need to look a long term and be kind .

I've seen posts about not wanting to be with family so some people say oh you will realise how valuable a relative was when they die These people live in a sugar coated world.For somepeople their parents were not even likeable human beings who. believed in hitting their children and using their children like slaves If you had a good childhood or have family who are ok lucky you Families are made up.of good and bad like the general population No one should have to see relatives who make or have made someone's live less pleasant why be kind to family who are not kind or ok people lifes too short

People should be able to choose who they spend time with not made to feel guilty about family if their family is not the best

I haven’t seen anything like that here, either. More about Christmas celebrations and now the sales. Apparently they are going to have a massive fireworks display here on NYE, ‘bigger than Sydney’ Rivalry between states seems to be alive and kicking!

I don’t see most of my family and quite frankly I don’t want to any day soon. Life is too short to be with people who you disagree with family or not.
