Whethertomorrow Why did the people who had your fish and chips delivered to them by mistake not tell the deliverer they had the wrong address and to take them to you?

This happens to me regularly, usually pizzas, and I just redirect. I sometimes get things left at the house too and I always take them round to the right address. You need to have words with your neighbours.

You’re lucky you even got it delivered!

I ordered fish n chips from same company cost £22 around here and watched as it was delivered to another address.

Just eat wouldn’t give a refund either. Total rip off company. I no longer have takeaways.

I would certainly raise it with them. Maybe not an actual complaint but more to make them aware that there may be a reason for ordering for a particular time.

Yesterday I decided to treat myself and my daughter to fish & chips delivered via Just Eat. I ordered it on the app about 4.30 for delivery at 6.35 to give her time to get home from work.

I have mobility issues and struggle to answer the door so was not best pleased when there was a knock on the door before 6.10.

I'm thinking about complaining about the early delivery but AIBU?
