Needy friend from the past trying to reconnect

A friend I was close to 40 years ago but only seen occasionally over the years has recently made contact wanting to see me. She sends endless text and complains I am slow to answer. I have a big family and lots of interests and friends. I really don’t want to revive this connection. She does not share my values but is clearly lonely. How do I gently disengage from her?
