Access Denied to Gransnet Crosswords?
I am really fed up with receiving emails asking for feedback after every single thing I do. I’ve just had one from Amazon asking for feedback and I’ve only just received the item, I get them from every restaurant we go to , my hairdresser, the supermarket ( Waitrose once asked me for feedback on the sandwich and banana I bought) I could go on. Does anyone ever complete these?

I gave poor feedback to my Internet provider after I had spent hours on phone trying to sort out a small matter - they contacted me next day giving me £250 compensation!!! It paid my bill for months!!! So sometimes negative feedback pays!! But if they hadn't asked for feedback I wouldn't have bothered complaining!
Recently I had a bad experience at a Premier Inn , however as soon as I tried to give my dissatisfied comments in the boxafter giving very low scores, the screen went blank and I was unable to get back into it !
I’ve given positive feedback recently for a delivery driver, because I dare say it may benefit that person, who probably isn’t paid very much.
Usually I CBA - I just delete them.
I used to enjoy giving feedback. But as the title says I'm sick of them now. The questions are loaded so you can't really tell what you want to. I have a older lady who delivers most of my parcels. She works her socks off. I always ensure I give feedback for her. I haven't seen her lady, but I do try to avoid online shopping and I do use collect.

I give feedback if they offer something like a prize draw for money-off coupons.
And for tradespeople usually. Not otherwise!
I give feedback for Sainsbury and Tesco as they give points, but sometimes they do ask some pretty silly questions. Feedback for Amazon is often requested before you've had chance to try the goods!
I think that the worst type of feedback surveys are those where staff on the cash desk are encouraged to ask customers to complete in the form of a survey on their phone.
I think this idea absolutely stinks and here’s why: often if a customer does not give the maximum score but just one lower; then any subsequent comments, criticisms, opinions or compliments are not even looked at.

Having had my partner rushed off to A&E having had a heart attack last year by ambulance that is one survey I would answer they can only improve if they know the problems, I would add that despite our hospital being bottom of the latest survey he received excellent care.
Ditto just delete them!
I do for the GP, Physio, and hospital appointments but for anything else…..no! Amazon are a pain for asking for feedback on a purchase! Quite often on the same day as delivery too, hardly had time to open the wretched packaging before the email arrives asking me to review the contents!
I mostly ignore, but I do praise occasionally (did one this morning), and sometimes grumble. One grumble about a brewery-owned pub not having it's own beer available got me a £15 voucher. Another one asked me how amazing my experience had been, and I replied that I did not go to my local for an amazing experience, just a quiet pint.
I find them infuriating. Apparently anything less than 5* is a failure! I buy a pound of cheese, I don’t need to say how the cheese or the assistant was!
eBay is particularly insistent on feedback. It will persist for months if none is forthcoming
I was asked by Trustpilot to review a stick vacuum I had bought from GTech a couple of months earlier. As I wasn't as pleased with it as I had been with previous GTech purchases I decided to complete the review. Within a couple of hours GTech phoned me and asked about my review, I explained that the new design simply wasn't suited to someone with weak wrists as the weight distribution was wrong, they immediately offered to swap it for something else that was more suited to my needs, even though I had been using it for a couple of months. Sometimes an honest review without a rant is worth the effort it takes to do the review.
I always give feedback for Amazon, EVRI etc as the couriers are so underpaid and overworked.
I agree. Every time you buy something or use a service then you get the feedback email. No i rarely bother as I have better things to do.

I've had a couple of requests for reviews lately before I've even received the goods!
I doubt feedback surveys have much effect, if any. They make people feel involved or listened to.
I have simply stopped answering these stupid mails and ignore the reminders as well.
I tried for a while explaining that no news is good news, but the point was not taken.
there are a few companies that I have used online who have been really great, first class, I will always give them a good review on trustpilot, and there are others,,,usually certain couriers, i' ll give them the thumbs down, it lets others know what they're like.
I don't mind giving a score out of 10, clicking stars or a box to say that the courier was friendly or on time etc. I don't always bother, though.
I do get annoyed when they want you to practically write an essay on the subject. I've better things to do with my time.
My latest feedback comment was: the shop staff were helpful 😀
Of my 10 reviews on Trust Pilot, several were deemed helpful. I had 2 replies from the companies. One thanked me for the brilliant review. Another, a courier who was so bad I said I would never buy from anyone who used them, replied pleading with me to sort out my problem.
Perhaps they have an anger management department? 🤔

I'll do it for important things, such as vets, medical, and even flowers/plants, and also for books, only once, but when I'm asked for feedback about a pack of napkins and a bottle of Herbal Essences, nope! Also, nope to delivery drivers, How smiley was your shop assistant today?'' and all the other stuff!
I've ordered shoes online from Shoezone and Coopers of Stortford, which I'm always delighted with, but they pester me with multiple emails wanting reviews!
Leggins, I've ordered online from Morrisons and Sainsbury's. I bought a multi-pack, then about a month later, ordered 2 more multi-packs, the exact same colour and size and was inundated with emails wanting feedback on the exact same items!
