Suuze and Swedenana did you go to zumba? What did you think, I have been for my second week and it was great, I even managed to keep up in some places so maybe you can teach yourself co-ordination, well thats what I am telling myself!

Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system, it is great fun.

I gather that it is pretty energetic. A class was started in our Village Hall a couple of months ago but has folded due to lack of support. It was also at the Curves Gym that I go to for awhile, but that too has finished as numbers dwindled after an initial flurry when the classes were fully booked. Had intended to try it but never got round to it, the circuit is hard enough for me without that added into it!

It is energetic but great fun, I am not an exercise fan, I need to be entertained at the same time.
Hope this class fairs better, they were bursting out of the door so hope its not just initial interest.

I love it. Even tried it in France while on holiday.
