Soft-touch granny has just been out to pick up senior GD at the station and take her back to her student house. She says I am 'the bestest' and I'm inclined to agree. I think she is becoming my mother because when I left her she gave me strict instructions to text her when I got home. I did.
I had told both my sons several times that I would be away for two nights this week. Did they remember? Oh no. They were both in a tizzy because they couldn't get hold of me on Wednesday night and, of course, my wonderful Virgin phone couldn't get a signal in deepest Lancashire! Still, it's nice to know they care.

DD in England for a week so been out for lunch, she is going to come during the week and get GD her niece playing the piano. Well she is a piano teacher when she is not being a company director.
So annoying for you super what a great shame. So much work put into a loving gift to find it has gone walk-about.
