I've been away and have only just caught up. So my hopes and thoughts are with Samuel and his family waiting for his recovery.

What a lovely poem ga - now I am wondering if there is any news? We can all empathise with the family of a sick child and it makes us count our blessings, whatever other problems we may be facing xxx

My thoughts and best wishes nina. I always feel emotional thinking of babies facing surgery and will be sending lots of positive energy to you and Baby Samuel. My grandson had his first heart surgery when he was a day old and his second when he was three and a half months old. He faces his third and last surgery this year so I understand the anxiety that you must be feeling at this moment. My grandson has done really well and the surgeons who perform these surgeries are amazing. I have nothing but huge admiration for these very skilled people!
