nina you could be telling me the story of my Nieces little boy, the collapsed lung everything. He is now 20 months old and you would not think he had been through so much.. Sorry for the delayed update smile I've been at DD since last Sunday with elder DGS and the dog !! Their desk top was passworded, and I don't possess a smart phone.

The initial op went to plan, but Sam's recovery took a downward turn on Wednesday when they discovered that another small hole had appeared due to the pressure caused by patching the 1st one. They took him back to theatre that day, and things went a bit haywire from there. Last night it was touch and go whether he would make it. By this time he also had a partially collapsed lung.

However, he's made of strong stuff thank God, and this morning he had rallied. And is now hopefully on the slow journey to good health.
