Well girls and boys, an enormous box was delivered moments ago. I'm over the moon with it's contents. The goodies include a special Gin [far too strong for the likes of a little old lady]...
fab selection of chocs [wish I could share] evil
and eight marvellous books. The Good Granny Guide had me chortling from page one.

If the wind doesn't lessen a bit, I think the options will be a land-based sailing lesson or lots of capsizes and wet kids. She'd be OK as she has a drysuit but most of them wear wetsuits. The water in Loch Long is not warm. By September it will be at its warmest, but even then you don't want to be dunked for very long. Oh well.....
